Relatable truth from a working-truck owner: A pickup works better when tools, payload, visibility, and end-of-shift routines are organized around the next job. It usually becomes obvious during the tailgate work session, about five minutes after everyone agrees the plan is completely under control.

Funny how the real work starts right after everyone says, “We’ve got this!” Keeping the tools organized and everything easy to access can make the next job a whole lot smoother.
