Expectation: everything is packed, settled, and working exactly as planned.
Reality: the small upgrade test has other ideas. Fragrance can hide a smell, but it cannot remove moisture, debris, or contamination. A little patience and a quick “remove damp mats and inspect beneath them” usually restore order.
A fresh scent can’t fix what’s hiding underneath. Better to find the source and deal with it first!
A great reminder that proper inspection and preparation matter. Addressing moisture and contamination at the source is always better than simply masking the smell.
